All of our tickets are shipped by FedEx. All shipments must go to the name
and address on file with your credit card. A signature is required on all
deliveries. The buyer accepts responsibility for packages left by FedEx if
you waive the signature, including signature waivers on file with FedEx.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose a shipping option appropriate for
your delivery needs. TicketsFromTheWeb.com reserves the right to upgrade your
shipping and adjust the pricing accordingly if you choose a shipping method
which will not assure your tickets will arrive in time for your event.
Because all packages require a signature, the buyer has the responsibility to
assure someone is at the destination to sign for the tickets. FedEx will
return the package to us after a few unsuccessful attempts. In this case,
the buyer will need to pay return shipping and re-shipping charges.
The shipping option you choose indicates how your tickets
will ship, not necessarily when they will ship (i.e.
"2-day FedEx" is a delivery service offered by FedEx, not necessarily an
indication of their in-stock status). When in stock, our tickets
generally ship within 1 business day. However, some events may not
ship until closer to the event, based on the shipping practices of the
original box office. You will receive an e-mail containing your shipping
status as soon as we confirm your order. In most cases when time
allows, it is our policy to print and ship tickets originally purchased
as
TicketFast tickets. This policy
is in the interest of security for both our clients and our company.
In cases where TicketFast Tickets are emailed to the client, our
responsibility for delivery is met when TicketsFromTheWeb.com emails the
appropriate file to the address supplied by the client.
Responsibility for receipt of the email is solely that of the
client, including failure by the clients email service provider,
misdirection to spam folders, and incorrectly supplied email addresses. |
