An important message about the Capitol Center For The Arts Box Office: TicketsFromTheWeb.com is a ticket brokerage specializing in New Hampshire Events. This means that, for shows with high demand, we serve our clients by providing access to seats they otherwise could not obtain, such as premium seats in the first few rows, usually at prices above face value.. However, we are not the box office. The Capitol Center for the Arts hosts many shows. Generally, TicketsFromTheWeb.com only stocks tickets to the biggest performances, such as major concerts and the "national" theatre productions. Sometimes we will be the right option for you, and sometimes we will not be. To reach the box office, give them a call at 603-225-1111. You may want to check what seating they have available for your performance and at what price, then compare that to what we have available, if anything, and make the choice that fits your needs. The box office is generally open from 11:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and 11:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. |

Capitol Center for the Arts is a beautiful, newly remodeled theatre in downtown Concord, NH. With a seating capacity just over 1,300, there are no bad seats in the house. The Capitol Center underwent a $4.2 million renovation and re-opened in 1995 after being closed for 6 years. We recommend Capitol Center for the Arts strongly for concert and theatre productions. In fact, it's among our favorite venues in the state. Clean, comfortable, intimate, and friendly, you just can't go wrong at "The Cap". Shows to have come through the Capitol Center in recent years include Lewis Black, BB King, Ani DiFranco, The Producers, Movin' Out, Ian Anderson (of Jethro Tull), Steven Wright, Buddy Guy, The Nutcracker, and many more. The Capitol Center also hosts many school and community events each year. |

Parking at Capitol Center for the Arts is a breeze! Public parking is available on the streets all around the theatre. Depending on the time, the meters often don't require payment at all. Here's a tip: Theatre Street runs the one block between Main St. and Storrs St. At the bottom of Theatre St is a fairly big strip mall on Storrs St. It is very convenient to park at the Market Basket end of the strip mall, then walk up Theatre St to the Capitol Center. Although Market Basket doesn't seem to mind this practice, it is a private lot, so park there at your own risk. Respect the stores by parking away from the building (you'll have a shorter walk anyway), and everyone will get along. |
